By using ArgHub (the arghub.app website and the Telegram app) you accept these terms.
1. What ArgHub is
ArgHub is a directory and app where residents and visitors of Buenos Aires find businesses, specialists, ads and information. ArgHub is not a seller or service provider: goods and services are offered by businesses and specialists on their own responsibility.
2. Orders, bookings and payment
An order, booking or request is an agreement between you and the business. Prices, availability, timing, delivery and conditions are set by the business. Payment goes directly to the business by the method it chooses; ArgHub does not receive money for goods or services and does not process bank cards. 3. Reviews
Write only about what you experienced, without insults, other people’s personal data or advertising. Review text is moderated; we may reject or hide reviews that break the rules or look manipulated. The business may reply.
4. Rules of use
Do not post prohibited goods or services, deceive, send spam, impersonate others, try to obtain other people’s data or disrupt the service. For violations we may hide content and restrict access.
5. Right of withdrawal
Where Argentine law gives you the right to withdraw from a distance purchase, the business page has a “Botón de arrepentimiento” button: the period is 10 days from the order and, for bookings on dates, up to 24 hours before the start. The request goes to the business and we keep a record of it.
6. Liability
We try to keep ArgHub information accurate and current but do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for the quality of businesses’ goods and services or for disputes between you and them; we can help you get in touch and review a complaint, but we do not replace a court or consumer protection.
7. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms: the current version is always on this page, with its date at the top. Argentine law applies. This is a general template and does not replace advice from a lawyer.
