RS AVTO is an official car rental in Buenos Aires: CARGO MOBILITY SRL (CUIT 30-71948471-5), a written rental contract and insured cars. No credit card needed: you leave a refundable deposit at pick-up instead, from US$500 depending on the car. Delivery within the city (CABA) is free, and rates start at US$35 per day on a long rental.
